Ingredients required for making palak (Spinach) pithal-
1 cup gram flour
1 cup finely chopped spinach
1 tbsp oil
Half a spoon of mustard
Half a teaspoon of cumin
1 tsp crushed garlic
5/6 chillies finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon of asafoetida
7/8 leaves curry leaves
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
Salt to taste
A little coriander

अर्धा चमचा मोहरी
अर्धा चमचा जीर
१ चमचा ठेचलेला लसून
५/६ मिरच्या बारीक कापलेल्या
पाव चमचा हिंग
७/८ पान कढीपत्ता
पाव चमचा हळद
चवी नुसार मीठ
थोडीशी कोथंबीर
