Its well built stone but there notning kfvalue pity no one taken it on start again restore isnt it a shame. Was it a holiday place, what mess of nothing really going to waste had to been loved place way back the stone work, way it built. Someone once cared. The energy put into building it hmmmm strange place.

Matt, the 'key' at 6:06 is a glass cutter, you score (cut) the glass with that wheel at the end, the notches were used to snap the glass along the score

Loved this little house. Wished we knew their story. The upstairs was a bit odd just big enough to crawl into bed. The bigger room had a king size mattress by the looks of it. Unnecessary for a small room. Thanks for stopping and sharing

I love your intro music. So romantic and nostalgic; it matches the house full of memories. I think the people who lived here actually slept up in the bedrooms. Their stuff was moved out when they moved out. Also, a woman definitely lived there because of Danielle Steele romance novels. I know from experience that it is a hard life with wood as your main source of heat. You have to interrupt your sleep to stoke the stove during the long winter northern nights. Great explore!

The thing you thought was some sort of key is for cutting glass 🎉 what a fabulous little cottage, so cosy . Seven dwarfs cottage so they needed lots of mattresses. Excellent viewing Matt 🎉

My friend lived in a cottage in wales and she told me it was so haunted they slept downstairs as the ghost tried too push her down the stairs once and tried too drag her out of bed and down the stairs her partner used too wake up witb soot all over his face they left the place and never went back !

The tool you picked up is a glass cutter, you scree it with the tip which is usually a diamond tip then break the glass with the wide tooth.
Just a thought . . . When Adam uploads an explore, try uploading a paranormal video and vice versa. I don't mind the explores, but I much prefer when they are part of a paranormal investigation.

What happened to the guy? He grew up, got a nice ecological job and now lives in a comfortable little flat with all the mod. cons. This is a typical university student's house, complete with incense. Of course there's no TV. He was too cool for that. I'm sure he listened to Tibetan nose flute and Azerbaijani throat singing on those tape players. The house was probably a sweet little cottage thingy at one time though. All in all, an interesting exploration. Thanks, Matt and see you in the next one. 😊🤠

Hello Matt! Nice quaint house. The little blue tool on the fireplace was a glass cutter. This house would be great if it was cleaned out and fixed up. Maybe it was a holiday home and when the cooties hit they never came back. I definitely would’ve stayed there. Nice views. Great video Matt.😊❤

@6:16 with the blue handle is a glass cutter i think. @9:15 that silver twin tape deck i had one of them in the 80s , At the start of the video where you was in the barth room the colourful pats that was on the rack it kinda looks like it was from the late 60s or mid 70s... Very nice house and i was thinkin why the roof of the house don't have thatching? i guess i's not that old of a house but still sad seein nice homes left to decay

Loving the Rock House, I could happily live there but I'd prefer a bungalow LOL (and would need the internet to do online food shopping)
I could live there with my 2 dog's and cat but i would have a tv ,quaint and quirky. 😊 xx
What a cute place. Maybe this was used as a little getaway? Be a perfect place to get some peace and quiet. That blue handled tool you found on the mantle? It’s a glass cutter. Also, next time you explore and find a horse shoe upside down? You simply must turn it around 😊. Horse shoes must be put up with open part towards the top. That way it holds good luck. Its a glass cutter 😉 but beside it, it looked like an antique wood plane. Lovely little place. I would have looked in that cupboard on the stairs that was held closed with a stick.

Ok, I’m spoiled. Take away all these old possessions and junk and I couldn’t live in this type of home. It had to be old people who died and their kids just didn’t want to bother emptying the home. I’ll take my modern home any day. Thanks for showing this.

Oh Matt , what a beautiful house- I would gladly live there!😍i always find things like unopened food tins or like the washing up liquid so sad because when the person bought those they didn’t realize it would be their last time buying or using them 😢 the blue item at 6:07 which you thought possibly was a key is actually for scoring and cutting glass. It seems strange that obviously someone has cleared everything out but the study papers from 2000 make it very strange, maybe a young person who lived with elderly parents who passed away and the child went away to get work but maybe had intentions of coming back as a holiday home, although sadly COVID does seem more relevant, maybe the authorities cleared the house and are looking for NOK 😢 Lovely place, stay safe Matt ❤
