This is probably my favourite torchwood episode. Seeing another companion work with the torchwood team was amazing!

I still can’t believe Martha was in torchwood

Season 2 and 3 was the peak of torchwood

Thing is I feel it's clear they were planning to replace Owen with Martha in the show, but they ended up bringing him back (in perhaps my favourite episode of torchwood) and this whole episode felt somewhat redundant

Phyka actually they were originally planning to have the day in the death arc with Ianto. But then they decided that it wouldn’t work that well

Would've set up Martha & Mickey's relationship sooo nicely, instead of just dropping it on us in literally one scene -.-

Well, Owen is a womanizer and a habitual flirt. It's one of his flaws, part of the callous exterior he puts on after losing his fiance. Still wrong in certain scenarios, of course. It takes two to tango in terms of the affair with Gwen, although he certainly was a twat in the situation. But I doubt he expected Martha would sleep with him, he was mostly quipping not coming on to her. And Martha kissed Jack anyways, so I doubt at this point in time Martha was really taking anything seriously lol.

Way too much Plot Armor.

I HAVE SOMETHING COMPLETELY SEPARATE TO SAY INVOLVING THE SHOW (TORCHWOOD) Now I wonder if & when a Fifth Season of (TorchWood) is going to finally get made, and if it does finally get made along with hopefully is successful; Then I wonder might there be a Sixth Season made for it too?

3:03 How do writers and editors make these dumb decisions? Why would the doctor wait to shoot everyone else? What leverage does either side have to wait in a standoff. It should've been Owen gets shot, Jack shoots the doctor. All within 2 seconds.
