My latest story is about "overtraining" during Kettlebell AX Kettlebell exercises.
Overtraining is short for overtraining, which means a state of chronic fatigue resulting from excess physical activity. Overtraining can lead to decreased productivity, immunity, mood and quality of life. To avoid overtraining, you need to follow the correct regimen of training, rest, nutrition and regeneration
