I found it completely cliche when it came to the two main protagonist Ford and Boyce. It fell really stupid how they both had 2d morals. Had they toned it down a bit I would have loved it more. By the 3rd act I was pretty bored and (considering I love the first 1/2 of the film) as it became a super hero like film at the end with the main villain became super powered forcing the heros to due the same. 7/10 at best but overall fun to watch and pretty cool film.

Freak me out because though it's just a movie, pretty messed up way for someone to go in a movie. Imagine the strain on your mind when you can't feel anything of your body anymore yet you are alive. The biologics keeping you alive also and being human yet not anymore. Being alive but not anymore. Thing is that is scientifically possible so it showcased well how far Science can be pushed to horror.

Hate Monger it can be viewed as a type of existential horror, the thought that death will not end your suffering but may in fact prolong or exacerbate it. Imagine being this woman, subjected to gruesome experiments and torture and even when her head and spinal column were removed from her body she was still fully aware. Rather terrifying situation to put yourself in as a viewer.

That's the thing the Germans were not goons in Warfare not at all. They're dubbed the best military in the 20th century by many military historians. As well as the hardest enemy that the Americans ever fought. The Germans had the best military in World War II is actually the Germans believe it or not. I know they lost but it doesn't mean they didn't have a good military. It's like a logic saying Americans military sucks because they lost against bunch of rice farmers in Vietnam. Anyways you should read the reports. Don't take my word for it take the American GI's & generals word for it. Tony Moody, General Patton, Harld Alexander and others they had to say about how efficient and effective the German military was.

I watched this film after it came out on blu-ray and I can say it was one of my favorite movies of 2018 as I’m a World Wars buff and to see the Airborne part of Operation Overlord in this kind of way was amazing. I first watched this at a friends house and then later rented it from Redbox so my dad who is a World War 2 buff could see it and yet will the addition of black paratroopers in the 101st (which was an all whites division) was a bit of a stretch, but I can forgive it as it’s not trying to be 100% historical accurate it’s just trying to be a good film that takes place in a different timeline from our own. I really enjoyed the practical affects when used as they added an air of realism to the brutal way some of those soldiers during the climax had been injured from losing arms and legs to one of them having a milky eye to show his eye had been damage and the fact that the movie never revealed to much of what the goo was and that they left it to your imagination was perfect for the horror.

Top tier audio, visuals and acting! This movie was an Amazing experience, especially the opening scene and the creepy zombie lab lady scenes. I think i'm going to watch it again right after this actually. It never feels dull or boring no matter how many times i've seen it and the only other movies i like that much are Small soldiers, The Dark knight and Dog Soldiers.

@Lithus17 You do know there were black soldiers during D-Day right? All throughout WWII there were black soldiers, it was an actual issue because many were mad that they could go and die for a country that didn't give them the same rights as the white man next to him in a fox hole. So I'm not sure where you're getting your very wrong information

If they did do that, it would probably go back to medieval times (if the architecture of the church is anything to go by). Most likely it was discovered by knights or the clergy who built the church over the pits to hide them from the world, and somehow the Nazis learned about it.

Dope concept and I really love seeing origin screen plays. Everything these days are sequels, remakes, or adaptations. Studios don’t want to take risk w/ original works, so anything that is original instantly gets looked at more favorable to me. Dope movie, but I agree that the stereotypical evil was a bit of a detractor. I think in the future bc of GOT and Thanos, we may start to get protagonist who are villains bc they lost in the story. Not bc they’re just plainly evil. They’ll be evil bc history is won by the victors and they lost, but viewers will still be able to see and justify their positions even if they are still flawed.
