Man, you've gotta hand it to these guys. This is NOT a glamorous rock star life...no frills, no luxury. These guys have been doing blue-collar touring for 30+ years and still putting 100% effort into every gig. My hat's off to Overkill.

Don't know if this was before bobby's nose cancer but you can see some tumor growth on his nose, luckly he caught it and had surgery before it metastasized to the rest of his body.

Fun fact: In 2002, Bobby had a seizure onstage in the middle of one of their songs, and still finished singing. That’s metal as fuck.

Guyinpajamapants My band opened for them in the mid 90s at a tiny club in NY. After the show we were standing around outside near the tour bus and D.D. got off the bus to ask directions to the Interstate lol. Pre GPS days!

I've met Bobby, super awesome guy with a funny ass laugh and a good sense of humor lol, I remember I was so stunned to meet him out in the street and I was going for a hug and he stopped it because he said I looked like the crazy type that will grab his ass XD but then he did give me the hug lol, one of my music idols \m/

Their music takes you by the throat. Just an onslaught of aggression. I love that their bass guitar cuts through the mix the way that it does. Sounds incredible

My favorite....Bobby is simply amazing...that voice....hearing this band always makes me happy, and has since the 80's...now my kid loves them. Keeping thrash alive.

thrash1320 It all depends on the band. The bigger the band, the more likely they will have multiple buses. It's a case by case thing, but more often than not, the crew rides with the band these days.

chroscielewski We get turned down by 80-90% of the bands we ask, so we don't take it personally. Destruction was suppose to happen a year, or so, ago, but they unfortunately cancelled day-of. Annihilator, I've never tried to get them, but I'll try next time they're in the United States.

He Was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of nose cancer and he had to go into immediate surgery and they stopped it before it spread, the stuff on his nose could be a scar
