Just putting this out there. This man is definitely right. Coming from someone who went from confident and relaxed in the interaction (generally speaking) to anxious about what she is thinking at all times (me and my gf have been together for 1.5 years now ) - not of me necessarily, rather whether something upsets her, something is wrong or whatever. Regardless, giving her so much attention screams "neediness", and I can see how this has affected our relationship, the intimacy between us had to suffer a lot. Girls really don't want you to be in touch with their emotions all day long or "be genuinely interested in what they are doing". Sure you might ask a few things here and there, it gives them the chance to talk about themselves and brag to you in order to get your attention, helps you to bond with each other, but it is nothing you should be doing too frequently. In the end, if you really want to provide for her in terms of your relationship, you need to be working on your goals and whatever makes you a man. You can't fill anybody's tea cup as long your pot is empty. So make sure to make a damned good tea first.

The one that cares the least controls the relationship. She must always chase and choose you! Men are programmed to be the pursuers, this is why most relationships fail because we’ve been tricked to please women when we should be focusing on ourselves. Think about celebrities, they are focused on pursuing their passion. Women flock to them. Always focus on SELF improvement. It will drive you crazy when you only think of her. You must always remain unattached. They believe that’s masculine behavior. You realize the girls that loved you the most you didn’t care about em. The ones you chased didn’t want you at all. That’s because women want to know if you value yourself more than them. They can EASILY get other guys that are gonna cater to their needs, but you must be Godlike. It’s harsh but that’s what women respect

I used to be like that, and you can't hide it forever my dude. She already smells it and if she's a good looking gal, she will already have her backup options ready. To them, we are always replaceable, but once you learn to see them in the same way, you will no longer suffer from the same type of relationship anxiety. It is your worrying that will turn her off you, so the sooner you can let go of your attachment to her the better. If you adopt the attitude that nothing she does matters that much, because you can always find another girl, then she will not leave you.

I try to deal with it behind closed doors. But when I see her again, she can tell there's something off with me. She doesn't really feel that Im insecure, but I do come off as numb with a lack of emotion and she can feel it. I give off this vibe because in my head Im still fighting off insecurity. Im looking for ways to deal with this.

That’s a bit of a shallow motive and I want to feel like I’m doing what I’m doing for myself.

Thank you for the content. What I'm curious about is how anxiety, insecurities and neediness manifest themselves in even the strongest men. I was recently blindsided by my neediness. Even after all these years of self-improvement. Is it a primitive and Primal instinct in men or societies brainwashing? Thank you

Almost every man will experience anxiousness or neediness at some point in a relationship. If youre talking about being told that it isn't okay or natural to have these feelings sometimes (especially due to how some men are brought up) then its societal brainwashing

If ur trying to get with someone and ur insecure here’s my advice. Let them know ur insecure, people are people and if they’re decent enough human beings they’ll understand. Not everyone is acts on their primal instincts. If u talk openly and honestly and confidently about your insecurities, than ur significant other will probably understand and if they don’t, fuck them. You don’t need someone like that in ur life anyway. Let me empathize something, women are not the dumb primal animals you can just manipulate that most of these gurus and coaches will have you believe. Everyone is their own person and they’ll do whatever they’d like. Focus on urself most of all and never lose sight of what truly matters to you.

well said! i appreciate this coaching for males...however I too, thought, well where is the anxious mans mate? a woman who will NOT shame or condemn a man for developing his emotions for her/with her. talk with her about YOU! and how/what you feel! bond with your partner! love! live!

? Then, my follow up question is: What happens 2 years+ into the relationship and you've lost your job or some other setback, can you then trust that same woman to be there for you during a few weeks/months of vulnerability? From your videos and the lessons you are conveying, it seems like women are more like short term propositions instead of long term investments.

What do you do? I have seen this happen to someone
