Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

"There aren’t many places we haven’t been… sniffing out that beautiful gasoline fragrance. This time we’re in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and we’re looking at over 100 first responders...to the last responders. The professional car society is dedicated to keeping all these vintage ambulances and hearses just the way they were. This is their 40th anniversary and today we’re going to hear some cool stories from people that have been involved with these for quite some time...”

So cool to see these being preserved. I just found a hidden rusty old 1960’s Cadi ambulance last week

I remember my dad as a volunteer firefighter back in the 60’s and they had a Miller-Meteor Cadillac ambulance. They were trained in first aid by the Red Cross and could administer oxygen but that was about it. I remember that ambulance very well.

I've always found the old Cadillac ambulances creepier than the hearses for some reason.

I can't help but believe that someone had assisted the owners with the 'undertaking' of the remodeling of all of these hearses. (I just had to join the narrator with the excellent puns he produced.) He also commented that "someday we'll all go for a ride in one of these". Most of us will. Most of those who died in the Boxing Day Tsunami of 12/26/04 were never found, but we get the point.

Well getting that "reminder" at the end is exactly why they give us the heebie jeebies.

Yeah, but what if the deceased was cremated? Would that still be a hearse ride?
