When I talk to someone (close or not) most of the time i can not find something to say. No words comes to my mind. So I just smile or repeat them. What would u suggest me?

Practice by writing a list of random topics and thinking of at least 3 questions you can ask for each one. Then write a list of random questions and answer them making sure to give at least a couple of points each time. Practice this each day. There are more details to it than that but that’s some basics I can explain quickly and will definitely start to help more and more if you practice consistently. Also make sure you are learning bits of information about a variation of topics over time. One easy way to do that is write a list of topics you think you’ll be interested in but don’t know much about then watch KZread videos on them, looking more for quick facts or opinions you have than detailed understanding.
