Good job MPD - proud of you. Not your fault the judicial system is broken. The city needs to take notes from DeSoto County (Southaven). As an example, the Mayor of Southaven said we will get you on the front end (police presence) and we will get you on the backend (stiff penalties and the harshest sentences they can get away with). Because Memphis has judges on someone's off sheet payrolls and a dysfunctional city council that just likes to outtalk each other, the problem persists. That's not CJ's fault. Keep going CJ and Mayor - you guys are working hard and not giving up.
