Bro I would not trust even the professional plastic wrap... The aluminium can easily seal the juices anyway.

One of the "fun" things about industrial plastic wrap is that because its made to be used and discarded quickly, its stickier. And its stickier because it can have chemicals in it that storage-likely wrap can't. Yum.

Actually you really do not need that plastic anyway - get a bbq aluminum foil (thicker) or use double normal tinfoil and you can normally have those ribs in the oven for hours on low&slow cooking then finish with glaze

My dad does this when we go camping. Put your soup of choice into the plastic wrap, add a burger, throw that on the fire for a while and you have perfect soup and burger. Very yummy

If you're going to tell people they have to use very specific products that they won't find in the supermarket then maybe it would be smart to tell them where they can find it.

No… it won’t. Supermarket plastic wrap is designed to wrap cold foods to keep them fresh in the fridge or cupboard. Professional grade plastic wrap that we use in restaurants is designed with a broader set of uses in mind. This means our plastic wrap can along with other advantages, withstand much higher temperatures than your standard supermarket stuff.
