I used a convection electric oven:
Preheat at 350° for 20 minutes.
Start baking at 350°F (176°C) with 120 minutes Timer. See video for detailed temperature settings while cooking.
Use baking pan, and tin foil.
Ingredients:
Pork Belly with skin on, boneless
Garlic cloves
Ginger
Onion
Lemongrass
Salt and Pepper
Vegetable or Canola Oil
