Ingredients:
Pork chops - 3 pcs.
Salt and pepper

Mushrooms - 3.5 oz
Onion - 1 pc.
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
Cognac or brandy - 100 ml.
Heavy cream - 1 cup
Beef or chicken stock - 1 cup
Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp.
Yellow mustard - 1/2 tbsp.
Salt - 1/3 tsp.
Black pepper - 1/3 tsp.
Parsley

Krótko, zwięźle i na temat. Jeśli chodzi o mnie, to po doprawieniu mięsa, delikatnie robiłem tłuczkiem. Bardziej bardziej miękkie, i smakowało wnukom. Jadły rękami 😊, ale kto im zabroni.

Ehh it looks ok but... U cooked it on high for 4 minutes each side and them some more in the sauce sounds like that goose is cook i mean pork 😂😂😂 u over cooked the shit out of it my dog wouldn't eat it
