I’m pregnant and they found out that I have ovarian cysts which my PA said it’s normal. If I’m not mistaken I feel I have cysts when I’m not pregnant and I thought I never get pregnant but thanks GOD I got pregnant ❤️❤️❤️

@@wahs_h10 Hope this helps when I was 26 I was diagnosed with a 9.4 cm cyst on my left ovary mine was large enough where I did require surgery for it and it took about an hour for my surgery and it was three very small incisions one in my belly button and one on each side just above my pelvic bones and recovery is just like a week and a half trust me when I say this the cyst is much worse than the surgery

Skinny Minnie please check your Iodine levels. Research "iodine and ovarian cysts". First test with Iodine from drug store, look up "skin patch test". Research both of those on internet, you may find you're answers there.

You'll be good. Have faith. A couple of years ago my 14 year old daughter had 2 tennis ball size cysts in her ovaries. She had a bikini line surgery to remove them. Thank god she is better now, 17 yrs old. She was monitored for years after the surgery. Now we just need to keep an eye on her. Stay on top and get routine check ups. All the best to you! Bless.

2yrs ago I had a surgery for a 9cm dermoid cyst which caused ovarian torsions. Another surgery last year for a cyst tucked into the muscle holding up my uterus. Now I starting to feel a similar pain to the one last year. I'm TERRIFIED.

I received a call from my doctor and they told me I have a small cyst on the left ovary and it is not dangerous. I am nervous as I never had this before. I realized something was wrong when my period was a month long with blood clots and it was very heavy. I experienced extreme pain on the left side if my pelvis and I cried so much. @@shyamalasridhar3161 Luckily I haven't experienced any pain, I talked to my doctor today and she said she will check in in the midst of July to do another Ultrasound and that it will eventually go away on its own. I discovered it is a hemorrhagic ovarian cyst on my left side.

@@nikeenguyen Hi there. Hope you are doing fine. I had a hemorrhagic cyst on my left ovary too diagnosed in 2019. My symptoms were continuous bleeding but little in the form of drops for 14 days. I had no pain though. I did my usg and it wasn't there anymore after 3 months. Hemorrhagic cysts are generally functional cysts. They don't require any treatment unless it's large. Wish you good health.

i’m 21 and i was so scared getting my cyst removed from my right ovary 😭it was 8 inches almost nine and i looked pregnant and i cried so much. it’s been 2 months since my surgery and at times it still hurts when i do certain things. please ladies if you have painful periods and start to pee more often go get checked!!! i’ve been on birth control since i was 13 due to abnormal periods and god knows how long that cyst was growing for and it makes me sad sometimes to think i may never have children but since my surgery my periods have been normal and last for 3 days

So i have a question !! Hopefully you can answer, after I gave Birth to my son my period changed .im 25 yrs old. When ever i work out a simple workout I start bleeding for days and a lot I'm not sure what it can be. Hey ! Same here but i'm older than you. The reason for gaining weight it's not the actual cyst but the hormonal imbalance that caused the cyst to appear in the first place. That's why AFTER dealing with the cyst the doctor prescribes contraceptives to regulate your hormones and prevent ovarian cyst in the future. You're going to be fine. I'm waiting for mine to burst by itself.

Is it gone? What was done about it

My wife has 2 ovarian cysts. She was never informed as to what kind of cysts these are, however she has some mild discomfort from them and she has a hard time sleeping on her left side in particular. Also she was diagnosed with Hydrosalpinx and Uterine Polyps. They didn't explain anything, nor go through a wait and watch or medicinal approach but rather right to surgery. I was a day from dying from a ovarian cyst i was in severe pain n had severe constipation n sickness i had no sleep in the hospital for a week. The hospital i was at left me days on end early morning late nights fasting from day 1 wondering if i was getting the surgery it got to day 3 when i was allowed to eat i could only eat a fruit pot out of everything i had 😤😭 day 4 came i was in the surgery gown fasting again still on the IV painkillers i ended up with morphine i was only 16 n yet still kept me waiting. I had no scan no mri ect... They put me down as scan done n appendicitis unfortunately from day 1. I hate the hospital after sending me home knowing what they gave me n what they did i was 1 hour away from death

Don’t worry too much just have the dr. Check it every 6 months, and if it gets big he surgically removed it. I have one as well. Keep track of the sizes. You’ll be ok.

A herbal doctor told me to take 2 capsules of vitamins mixed c&e and parsley capsules 2-3 times a day. And in 3 days she said my cyst on left ovarie would be gone. And it worked 3 days. But if I were you I would take them for awhile. If you suspect any cyst start taking them again if you even stop taking them

The doctor told me Thursday that if I'm still in pain after taking the medicine he gave me for 3 days, that I might have an ovarian cyst and would have to go the hospital and get more tests. I'm only 16 and kinda freaking out especially since it could be linked to PCOS if I do have one. I literally have all the symptoms which is freaking me out even more because I have to wait another day before making an appointment for hospital testing. And now I'm kinda just spitting it all out because I don't want to tell my friends and freak them out for no reason in case I don't have one. That’s kinda crazy because according to both of my OBGYNs and my primary care doctors (both back at home and on my college campus) all say that birth control is the only way to prevent ovarian cyst because the only thing that ever causes ovarian cyst is ovulation in of itself. So basically as long as you’re able ovulate, you’re putting yourself at risk for an ovarian cyst, so the only way to prevent it is to stop ovulation.

Some go away on their own some rupture and the fluid gets reabsorbed into the body and others need to be surgically removed

Its been 2 weeks.. I had worse experience as I started puking up every single morning when u get cyst it feels like you are pregnant and the sickness drowsiness is for real worse than anything so much pain during periods God I'm glad I'm better now :)

I just got confirmed last night at the ER with an ovarian cyst. It’s 5.5 cm by 3 cm. I’m only 19 🥺 I’m still having pain right now. I started having a weird discharge which I was told could’ve been a possibility of a cyst rupturing.

the tumor I had was so large that it grew into my ovary and completely killed the ovary so I had both ovary and tumor removed. so now I'm stuck with one ovary.

I just found out today that I have ovarian cyst on my right side. She mentioned that it's common in most women and it's nothing really to worry about. I thought I had to go through surgery but she said I need to take contraceptive pills for 3 months to treat the cyst? I also had a big 4.5” ovarian cyst. Right ovary measure 2.2*1.8cm,shows cyst measuring 14*12mm with internal echos..left ovary 2.3*1.4cm both Ovary shows polycystic morphology( hemorrhagic cyst) ...how bad is it doctor...??? Cure...??? Is there a need for surgery...??

Amd there i saw my ovaries with little glowing circles. I read the result and i really had ovarian cyst... For pcos, i experiencing high level of male hormones in my body, i have a thin beard, hairy legs even though i did not shave them, and longer feet size... My body structure is of a man's body than a female's.... In my case it was, I lost one ovary in surgery and I had another procedure to look at my last remaining ovary and I'll never be able to have children unless I take eggs out and then do IVF.

I’ve had 2 before and one ruptured and the symptoms I had were bloating abdominal pain that radiated into my back and hips and the other one that I had was the size of a grapefruit so it caused torsion of the ovary and I had nausea sever Lower abdominal pain and that’s pretty much it

The side effects on surgery are very complicated.. As I got a real stories on a woman pain for her whole life. After take the surgery on her cysts. Unfortunately after the removal of cyst.. It didn't get better.. The pain got worse.. N a year later she remove the entire ovaries.. But the complication surgery lead to her abdominal pain for entire life..

Does anyone experience headache on the same side where is your affected ovary. It's a strange thing that I noticed. It's not constant and strong headache tho (at least not for me) but it's there.

My doctor did an ultrasound after I got my IUD in place and pointed out a cyst on my ovary. She said “looks like you’re a fertile myrtle!” And that it is normal in women of child bearing years, they come and go with your cycle. Hope that helps.

How can you tell if it's a cyst or cancerous tumor by looking at the ultrasound ? This needs to be explained.

Today I had been diagnosed with ovarian cysts. I presented with intense shoulder pain that had me laying down unable to do much and I was crying hoping it would stop. I felt mild pain in abdomen but the whole focus was in my left shoulder. I've had this shoulder pain before but it bounces from left to my right every so often. I thought it was joint problems. Its occurred maybe every 1 to 2 months for a while (with in this year). Anyone else have a similar experience?

Oh wow that's interesting. Hmm yeah idk what it is then. My shoulder pains usually occur morning or night and especially when cold. It's never pain else where. Its sometimes my left shoulder or other times my right. I do have neck problems too. I also had an ultrasound done a little ways later and they didnt see any. I wish yall luck with those ovarian cysts I hear they are very painful

I wasn't emergent so it was like 3 weeks before I got an ultrasound despite seeing my doctor that day and when I did (and most of my pain was on the left) I only had a cyst on the right (there was fluid though and I've had a hemorrhagic cyst before, so it is possible I stopped doing things that made it worse, so maybe it was there and healed on its own?). I think the human body is just kinda strange. I really hated having to have all those tests and waiting; when I had the first one I actually nearly fainted and the doctor was like you're going to ultrasound cause you have a cyst and that will prove it and that was it. It resolved pretty quickly then as it wasn't on the follow up ultrasound. I'm thinking my doctor whipping out the machine themselves and doing one on the spot would be great and possibly solve my confusion.

I have pain in lower stomach and back, spotting, heavy blooding during period, blotting. My ultrasound shows complex ovarian cyst 2cm on left side. So my question is what is this complex cyst means? And why dr not gave me any treatment? Thank you

bruh i only have cysts and no other symtom of pcos but they still said i had tht like wtf i have normal painfree periods btw no acne no weight gain but the pain in cysts slight but bearable and thiught it was appendic and so got ultrasound but the doc gave some pill to take on the 2nd day of periods for 3 months so idk if i should or not 😭😭😭 left hemoragic and right has multiple cysts kya karous should i take the meds for cysts

7 months ago my doctor verified that I had a 2.9" ovarian cyst after weeks of unbearable yet unexplainable pain.
