Aluminum seems to be the only think that most people cook with here. People seem to age well here with no issues of Alzheimer’s. Everything that’s a no in the west people do here with no qualms about it. 🤔

Dearest Queen, mind your knees and the years ahead will be kind. Higher level cooking will give you a higher profile. Perhaps a skilled employee can provide you with a makeshift table/work area for meal preparation.

This applies to someone who doesn’t use them. I used to have knee problems years ago because I wasn’t training. A review of research on this topic found that squats can be beneficial for knees and, when attempted properly, can strengthen the knees. A person who squats builds muscle and cartilage.

E.S. I was wondering if you all had a brick wall around you, but I see/saw it as you were cooking. Because I would be skeptical & scared with the elephants, antelopes, or whatever else out there coming around. That being said, I love watching you & your husband cut up & cook your food outdoors. My tastebuds start working. It’s wonderful seeing you two working together on various projects. U are a beautiful couple. I can only imagine having someone by your side, who is equally yoked. Also you compliment each other. Exceptional ‼️‼️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Thank you so much for this channel. It's been my go to for serenity, relaxation and calmness. Outdoor cooking is the best, there are no words to describe it. I visited my friend's family house in Ogun state in Nigeria. And they made meals outside, best foods I have ever had, there's smth about using the wood, the flavor hits differently. We gathered together, laughed, ate and around nature. I miss it. I can't wait to visit again.

Dark honey is made by bees who are foraging trees. These trees produce darker-colored nectars, which make this honey thicker and richer than the others.
