This is an original Oak Ridge Boys song. The "Oaks" thought Home Free would do it justice, so they planned this collaboration. Home Free had done it with them at their concerts too. This is a mutual admiration society for sure. Thank you for reacting to this.

That's cool! William Lee Golden is his name. He once left the Oaks and lived in a teepee for awhile, then came back. Richard Sterban, the bass, sang backup for Elvis back in the early 70s. My best friend from high school was their guitarist from about '93 or '94 thru 2014. Great people!

Oak Ridge Boys. True music legends. The current group has been together since 1973 and are in the Gospel Music Hall of Fame as well as the Country Music Hall of Fame. Home Free was founded in 2000 by the original baritone, Chris Rupp. He (the one in the snapback) and the Adam (the beatboxer) are brothers . They've had a few members come and go. In 2012, the guys you saw in their Elvira cover became the full-time members. In 2016, Chris left to do solo work and they brought Adam Chance on, the former bass for another group, Street Corner Symphony. In videos before early 2016, you'll see Chris. The Oak Ridge Boys are older. The guys are all the same except Chris. He is wearing the ball cap. He left the group in 2016 and Adam Chance took his place. Adam Chance has black hair and a short black beard and sings baritone and some bass. He is in videos after 2016.

"Elvira" was actually a huge hit for the Oak Ridge Boys. So if you are covering a huge hit might as well invite the origonal artist if you can.

Just so you know Donovan, the Oak Ridge Boys have been around for over 40 years and still go on tour, so you should find a lot of their recordings out there to buy.

Oh and if you do the butts remix, afterward there is an outtakes video. Not worth reacting to, but worth watching them having fun

Loved y’all’s reaction. Especially the “Tough” to people who don’t like ya stopping the video. That cracked me up😂😂😂. Loved seeing The Oak Ridge Boys together with them. They were very popular back when this song originally came out. They had a number of other hits as well. Worth giving a listen even if you don’t want to react to them. Thanks for keeping it real!! Both you guys are cool 👍

"Fishing In The Dark/Boondocks" is a great song to check out. Tim (bass singer) hits his second lowest note, a B0, a couple times in that song.

I've seen this video a bazillion times at least and loved it each time but the best thing about it was Tim Foust didn't put the BASS HAMMER on Tony Sterban. That was very kind of him. Oh, and Donovan, your wife is a cutie!
