Love the prep and community Iftar. I will have to try the oxtail with brown sugar. The green salsa looks amazing. Majority of those ingredients Americans used when we cook. I love the thyme and Rosemary in my meats.

Salams guys! Thats a female Cardinal. The color of the male is bright red. The female has that muted dusty red that allows her to blend into the surrounding keeping her safe from danger when sitting on the nest. The bright red for the male allows him to distract and approaching danger and steer it away frim his mate as it would chase him.

Bird is attacking its own reflection, it thinks it’s a rival bird.

We use browning or soy sauce my dear

The cardinal can see its reflection and is getting aggressive towards its image. So cute! Is it a reddish brown or vibrantly red? The vibrant reds are the boys and the reddish brown are the girls.

Never ate ox tails. I am not very adventurous but maybe someday I will try. What does it taste like? You are a great cook.

I have birds that do this too. I sprinkle garlic power all around outside and by the window, and they leave. I do it every few weeks. They will put holes in your window screen and you’ll have to replace them.
