Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbsps of olive oil
- 50 g butter
- 1 onion
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 3 carrots
- 1 parsley root
- 1 kohlrabi
- 3-4 medium potatoes
- 4-5 head of champignon
- 100 g green peas
- 2 tbsps of plain flour
- 200 ml heavy cream
- salt & pepper
- tarragon, dill and parsley to taste
- 2 1/2 litres of water or broth
- lemon juice for serving
