Sweet Cheese Filled Buns - Easy and delicious dessert

These wonderful cream cheese filled buns will be a family favorite! Sweet, soft and very easy to prepare. This delicious dish used to be a very popular dessert at Hungarian family tables. When cooled to lukewarm it's really delicious! Make this fantastic cheese-filled roll yourself! Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients:
- 8 buns
- 500 g farmer cheese or ricotta
- 4 tbsp of white granulated sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar (16 g)
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp of sour cream
- 40 g raisins
- 600 ml milk
- 30 g butter
