I'll attest to this. My Breeze wore at the front, separating the brim from the crown. Probably due to my sweating in if for over 6 years. I wrote and asked what a new one would cost me and the lady asked, "What size". I told her and a new hat appeared within a couple days. No ifs, ands, or buts, this is the finest hat maker in the country. I am enjoying my other three hats and my wife loves hers...
