Isha Baby sleeps more hours It's a blessing,my daughter is 11month old but she wakes up after every two to three hours it is very exhausting for me bcz I am not getting enough and continues sleep ....

I have a 3 month old. I am an anxious mom as I have to go back to my husband’s house and manage household with the baby. Yours looks too sorted. Please give advise as to how to devise a sleep routine for a 5 month old baby.

Best start household chores cooking and cleaning utensils in the morning itself get it done by 8 am (I cook breakfast, lunch and dinner together). This saves my time from not staying in the kitchen the whole day. I use electronic appliances automatic washing machine. Also, if possible sharing chores with my spouse. In our house we share our chores. That makes it easier to manage. Don't worry you can do it 😊 Just stay happy do not take stress it will affect your health Once you are done with your chores you can look after your baby. I do not keep room dark. It's noisy or we may keep talking in the day time. It's important to make our baby understand day and night difference. Offer a lot of tummy time before bed time so that the baby will become tired. Then after the feed automatically the baby will sleep.

My baby is 4.5 months old. She sleeps around 12 to 12.30 am Ans wakes up around 7 to 8.30 for feed and then goes back to sleep till 11 or 11.30am. She sleeps total 12 hours. N then during the day she will sleep for 1/2 or 1 hour total.

It's 6.5kg is Vinisha's weight. Actually we have made a reel on the same with regards to ideal weight for a baby😊🙏

Hi Isha, my son is just one month younger to Vinisha .. last night he slept for entire night for the first time .. but i noticed he probably might have peed once.. and he peed in morning after his feed. How about Vinisha?

If Vinisha sleeps for 8-9 hrs continuously at night, doesn’t your breast gets engorged in the morning? Or do you pump one session in the night? Skipping breastfeeding session at night affects your milk supply as well… so wanted to know how are you managing this?

No, I exclusively breastfeed her. Yes due to the long gap the breast gets fuller then I just express it out manually (hand) I don't use a pump. But, sometimes I don't express out milk as well.Till now my milk supply has not affected. I have stopped breast feeding her since she turned 2 months at night. As she used to sleep at night. I do only on demand feeding since 2 months onwards till now. My key tip over here for good milk supply is stay happy, take less stress and eat protein enriched diet and say no to just carbs based diet. On-demand feeding is best it's successful 5th months of breastfeeding journey now. 😊
