OSHO: Only That Which You Have Experienced Has to Be Trusted

"The essential core of my teaching is: no belief, no dogma, no creed, no religion, nothing borrowed. But only that which you have experienced has to be trusted; everything else has to be doubted. Just as other religions have their foundation in belief, I have my foundation in doubt. My foundation is exactly what the foundation science has: doubt until you find something indubitable" Osho

Nothing borrowed. Foundation in doubt. Move inwards. 3 steps. First, observe all activities and remain a witness. Second, watch activities of mind and remain a pure witness - thoughts dreams imagination until you come to nothingness and 100% consciousness. This is the no-mind and the door to the third step. Third, watch subtle emotions moods in the heart. The fourth happens on its own accord, a quantum leap and you are standing at the center of your being where there is nothing to be aware of. Awareness is aware of itself. Moment of ultimate ecstasy, samadhi, enlightenment or whatever name - the ultimate, nothing above it, no way to go beyond it. Witness is the very end of the inner journey and you have come home

BRAVO OSHO!!!!❤

Main takeaway: ‏ ‎1: observe the body ‏ ‎2: observe the mind ‏ ‎3: observe the heart ‏ ‎4: become aware of awareness ‏ ‎‏ ‎1 Is about the functions and feelings inside the body. 2 Is thoughts. 3 Is moods. 4 happens automatically after mastering 1, 2 and 3. ‏ ‎Observe without judgment, labeling or other reactions. You are simply witnessing. ‏ ‎Do not believe this; simply do and see what happens.

First Name Last Name Don’t fall into the trap, he clearly said , “Don’t believe me”. He just asked to experiment and see. So my advise is to experiment with care. There is no need to become like him, we can still live a happy life with our common sense. The first thing is to “doubt” - he said this , bcz he wanted you to develop your own intelligence rather mimicking himself.

This man has some great ideas but I feel like his entire monologue is just either common sense wrapped up in flowery words, or a string of words that make such vague sense they could be interpreted however you prefer. Nothing wrong with it! I do find his voice and cadence veeeeery soothing. This way this dude talks…how he holds his s’s; speaks softly and too the point. He triggers my asmr wonderfully. I can see how people are drawn to him. Very interesting.
