- Boundaries and the nature of love
- Belief systems and faith
- How his work with death and dying has prepared him for dealing with a dying culture and the looming ecological disaster
His work with the Seva Foundation and the power of community
- Tapping into the truth of your deepest being to hear your unique dharma
- Finding the balance between emptiness and compassion in the face of immense suffering

If you and I are to be instruments of the healing of the world, it is that we are quiet enough to hear our dharma, our way, and that we live our way as a statement. As Gandhi said, ‘My life is my message.’ We live our lives in such a way that the way you are in the supermarket, the way you are with your loved ones, the way you are when you’re facing pain, it is all part of the deepest wisdom statement you are able to make. It is the truth of your deepest being. For that, you have to listen inward very quietly as your offering to all beings.” - Ram Dass

Hi, everyone I have a secret for you reveal. The reason why the United States of America and the Vatican keep delayed time by playing the voting game between President Biden with President Trump even though they know their children is going to die for no reason because if the Tibet and India know Pope Francisco does not want to see Holy Dalai Lama but he sent a Vietnamese came to Tibet say Vatican and NATO will liberate the Tibet and India. In contrary; every time NATO visit any country, Pope Francisco will visit that country. They do know the Vatican had done with Tibet 's citizens, thus they don't even say sorry. Secondly; I hope the India' citizens please pay attention. Don't you think this is disrespectful. Lastly; Pope Francisco told the whole world that he had a plan to make the world will be peace but I say from now to 10 years our economic will collapse and we will face the flood of the ocean that will drown alot of country such as Japan, Korea, Philippines and Taiwan etc later. Because Russia will fight with NATO in Europe at the west, and at the east, both of them fight at Alaska. When the iceberg break and melt, the sea level will be up. IF India doesn't allow NATO settle in their country. Unless Pope Francisco says sorry to them so this disaster will not happen. Please tell me your comments Sincerely Thanks

I am sure I am not alone in that as part of my life I have embraced the Heart of the teachings here. Yes,I feel part of this greater community. Being physically isolated from anyone that shares these can leave one lonely. Yes, always Maharajiji's presence Ram Ram. As a isolated practicer these talks keep me encouraged. I long for community in a sea of chaos!

My son basically said “jao” last night. For context, I don’t sleep in the same bed as mom and son, I can’t get properly comfortable worrying about him there while I toss about… We were waiting for mom to come to bed, and when she came and asked if he wanted baba (what we call breastfeeding lol) he climbed up and did his little “bye bye” wave signaling that I could beat it in the purest and most precious way I could imagine

This comment is to peacefully protest the gatekeeping of RD’s lectures. Common complaints as elucidated by the community on the Ram Dass subreddit are as follows. Removal of content, privatizing/licensing out content, copyright striking others who post content without replacing what was removed or providing another means to access the content. Restriction of what is released, cutting and editing pieces of full lectures and not releasing the full lectures themselves. Putting a paywall in place that provides access to still limited content. Access to content is overall severely limited compared to just a year or two ago.

I don't understand that it's all perfect. There are moments where I realize that "suffering is grace." If you can put a positive spin on your suffering, I believe you are closer to accepting things as they are. Thus, increasing your ability to grow in understanding and effectiveness within your human relationships, and the world as a whole.

I’ve had suicidal thoughts and feelings since I was 9, I’m 52 now. In 2012 I was temporarily successful and ended in a hell realm. FAR worse than this. At least here we get moments of peace, happiness and can experience love, compassion and understanding. Go pet a dog, spend an hour with a flower, call someone you love, find a homeless person and buy them something to eat. It boils down to getting out of self. Mushrooms and other psychedelics are / can be incredibly useful, and effective, but, it’s important to have someone to process with. I’ve been sober 9 years after 35 years of chronic alcoholism and drug addiction. At 5 years sober in 12 step support I sought out psychedelics. They’ve been very helpful but I’ve also had a therapist on the side and a couple other people to process trips with. It’s a trip right, absolutely everything we experience is our own mind. Mostly just thoughts which appear real but in truth are not real, they are just thoughts. One day we will die so fear not, it’s coming. Could be today for all we know. Here’s a question I’ve been toying with today, and I didn’t read your comment on accident either by the way, anyway, I’ve been asking myself “what do you think it’s going to be next??” Do I think that death is going to set me free and what does that even look like? I don’t know. Maybe it’s worse after earth? Maybe another hell realm? Idk but I’ll take my chances and wait it out eh? I reach out to my 12 step friends when it’s hard or I go find someone I can help. We’re all suffering here, every one of us. I have food, clothes and shelter so that’s all a win, many people do not right? There are people literally starving to death as we speak and yet I have a fridge full of food. There are people living in cardboard boxes and yet I have an apartment

We live in a time when the wisdom teachings of this world are available to us at a touch... but you need to open your heart to the truth that even "disgusting people" are just suffering beings like ourselves and that we are all, and they are all, worthy of your compassion. If you try to love instead of hate and despair, the kinds of experiences that Ram Dass speaks of will begin to occur in your own life.

I am pretty sure this is AI and not a real Ram Das recording. It's the subtle glitching of the ends of the words and also the content is somewhat off. It's not quite right. The speaker in the beginning say he has a cold, so his voice is lower, but I'm not convinced.
