Our training style might or will be different from other OSCE facilitators but we all share the same concept of basing everything by NMC Code and the OSCE marking criteria.

Is it necessary to count 30 sec loud for the examiner to hear or just to verbalize?

In our training, we ask to do both. Everything has to be verbalised during OSCE.
The background music didn’t make it audible ☹️
Why measure the size of the wound? Is it compulsory?

U didn't change gloves when applying new dressing. Still used noth gloves to apply née dressing and touched the cloth of the dummy.. Where's the hygiene maintenance 😕

Presentation would havw been helpful but that music in background ruins the good presentation and i think its not necessary
