    That is not correct. Hair is dependent on many factors among which genetics is the most important factor. In the future when there are designer kids their genes might be modified with CRISPR technology and what you said might happen. Even then no one knows how nature will respond to such gene modifications.

    Definitely. Anything in moderation is good. Now there is a new fad about millets, saying it has lower glycemic index, more fiber and that we are helping the environment by having millers. Once a person has achieved good health, by this I mean he does not have any acute or chronic illnesses, then all food maybe taken in moderation and at the right time and in the right proportion.
