I was at the game! The sweet yankee fan tears of unfathomable sadness were delicious!

Although it didn't matter today with the Orioles scoring so many runs but great to see the bullpen throw 4 1/3 scoreless innings today.

Agreed. The Yanks lineup is no joke, and they quieted it. Granted I;d argue the O's line up is better than there's because the offense is not heavily dependent on two hitters.

As an Orioles fan in New York, man was it sweet having my O’s gear on and watching Yankee fans with their heads down 😂

We left some batters on base as well. We could've scored 25 runs & the orioles offense is scary!!! Only gonna get better!!!

I looked on my phone at the score and I almost spit out my drink when I saw 17😅

And remember this is the hard stretch of the regular season, the fact these Orioles are playing this well is craaaaazy

A good ol fashioned Yankee Spankee. Loved every second.

I said it back in March to my dad, and i stand by this statement. This past stretch of 9 games, 3 vs ATL/PHI/NYY was going to show what the team was going to be this year. This was going to be one of the hardest stretch of 9 games all year, if not the hardest, and what do they do? Go 6-3, taking all three series! They are, despite injuries, looking like a serious WS contender, and will be fun to watch the rest of the way. Mind you vs the Yanks, Burnes and Rodriguez didnt start. This whole line up is contributing. Hays, Mullins, and even Urias are turning their hitting woes around. Urias has a pair of homers of late. Nice to see Hays hit one. I feel he and Mounty have the same problem.........Left field at Camden Yards lol. Irvin just had a bad day, but has been solid so far this year, so I didnt lose any faith in him. He still has a 3.2ish ERA.

What, what?!! That was quite the game! And that's why we love these guys!

I remember thinking how I was slightly worried about our series against the Phillies, then going against the yankees...we then beat the Phillies in that series and now DESTROYED the Yankees in the final game of the series taking it.. I love this team lol

The reason why Gil was so hittable yesterday was the spin rates on all his pitches were way down for whatever reason. MLB network showed this last night and the spin rate on his 4-seam FB was down more than 500 rpm, the rates on his slider and change-up were down even lower, a lot lower like 800-900 rpm lower. He wasn't great in his last start against Dodgers either. He pitched 29.1 innings in 2021 and just 4 innings in 2022 before he had TJ and his innings are up to 81 innings this season. Irvin's day was doomed when he Soto before Judge in the 3rd and then he walked Cabrera after one out in the 5th. Even though O's won 2 out of 3 and won the series but they walked way too many Yanks hitters.

You were right Connor for now. Big series win. Hope they find the pitching help…one thing on cano…I love him but the ER thing is misleading cause he’s let inherited runners score.

The aftershocks in NYC are worth the price of admission. Those Yankees fans are going insane with conspiracy theories. A bunch of those morons claimed that: 1) the Orioles paid off the umpires, 2) the Orioles "knew" what Gil was going to throw, 3) the Orioles tanked for ten years to get the best draft picks, and the list goes on. This was glorious.

Things will get slightly awkward if Santander catches up to Gunnar in HRs imo

Great game I live in New York so have to listen to the clown ny broadcaster crying that we were stealing bases when we were up by 8 like were supposed to just let them get back into the game lol

Every member of the bullpen is pitching great right now except one. Kimbrel, Cano, Webb, Akin, Tate, Baker and Vespi all really good right now. Only Perez is struggling.

Still need to add another starter before the deadline. This team needs another competent starter going into October. Burnes, GRod, and 3 ? will not cut it in the playoffs.

Kimbrel is nails? Please. For the last month his saves have come with 2 and 3 run leads. Honestly, do O's have high-leverage reliever or closer not on the IL? Orioles will have to depend on their offense, Burnes, and Grayson until calvary comes in the form of another reliever and #3 or #4 starter 🤞.

Slow your roll wang chung. They have yet to play the Guardians and we all know the team to beat is the Rangers…the second half Rangers fully healthy with Scherzer, etc.
