This was no accident or random negligence. Inmates groom female guards to help them get favors. My bet is that a female guard had a relationship with one of them and helped plan the escape.

I come up to Philly for medical evals at Jefferson every few years and come to Philly for Steelers vs Falcons every few years. Love the city and we drive there. We also go to Pittsburgh too & camp in state & national parks. Penn is one of my favorite states north of us. Half family grew up in South & other half grew up around Chicago & Aurora Ill. Half the family fought for the South & half fought for the Union 🙄 family reunions are stressful🤣 I remember when NYC deemed unfriendly. Hopefully Philly, with its historical value and it’s beauty has same change done. Love to bring my kids up to it

I've never been a resident at CFCF but I have escaped from 3 other PA Facilities so with my expertise in this field I'm gonna tell you the biggest issue I see. Normally in these county prisons once count is completed on each unit the officers submit their counts to Central Control. Central Control adds up all the counts from each unit to come up with a total. Once the officers' unit totals equal the same as Central Control count then its cleared and its business as usual. So Central Control cleared this count 3x as "Good" but it wasn't, 2 were missing. That means it could have been 5,10 or 20 missing it wouldn't matter Control would have still cleared count. Plus this happened on 2 separate shifts which tells me Controls total count is off. So they need to really figure out their population count. There may be more missing 😂 And that's just one issue, I see a shit load more. Understaffed has nothing to do with simple math.
