Oreo Cheesecake Recipe!
This Oreo cake is super moist and chocolatey and it's topped with a sweet cream cheese icing. It's so easy to make and so freaking delicious
Ingredient
For the cake
40 Oreo
1 tsp baking powder
240 ml milk, at room temperature
Oreo cream
For the cream cheese
6 Oreo , chopped
250g cream 33-35%
200 g cream cheese ( mascarpone)
5 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp water
8g gelatin powder
For the ganache
40g milk chocolate, melted
40g hot cream
For the garnish
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
Chocolate whipped cream
