I know I'm late to the game, but I recently finished your bus build playlist, and I'm moving on to other videos within your channel. Once again, your blogging and video style seems unique to me and I find it so refreshing. I can't tell you how grateful I was you faced the cold, evening sir to go up and out front on that ferry, taking us, the viewer along with. What a view!!! I also enjoyed the video of your driving into, and off of the ferry. But truly mr.Lewis, your personality is the star of the show. Always with a smile, always grateful, encouraging, and I cannot remember hearing 1 complaining word uttered from you in the hours of footage I've watched. I'm hoping to begin my build soon as the state of the world right now makes it seem a little more urgent. Finding a spot somewhere in the middle of nowhere for me and my dog seeming like heaven to me about now! Thank you for your content and the generosity with which you share your knowledge. @@TranscendExistence1111 My degree is Engineering Technology - Digital Manufacturing, basically I'll be helping to design parts for CNC and such. The course I described was one semester only, it was to give me an insight of what goes on. Like I said, though I was excited to learn about welding, I sucked at it. I just wanted to learn it in order to transfer to my bus. I'm solo on this project.

Transcend Existence , my bus is a bit of a highbred , check my channel typetwotim , we are prepping for our road trip but life seems to slow us down just a little ,ultimately the road trip channel will be called the grateful bus tour . My favorite video of yours is your maiden bus voyage with the roadside radiator and brake repairs , you made the repairs and waiting for parts apart of the journey instead of “the break down “ being the focus ,a great example staying patient and serene . All part of joy of the journey . Good example for all us with our future roadside repairs .

Why does it seem that everyone has a dog or horse named Missy! Wonder what I mother was thinking when she named me!!;). Love your videos and this is my ultimate dream!!!

That's so weird. My dog is named Missy as well. You do some awesome work brother. And your roof raises are better than I've seen in any other videos. I am currently in the process of selling my house in Dumas Texas. I would sure like to get me a skoolie going. Need a place to build this thing though. Any idea? I need to make sure that I could make money on the road keep traveling. Got a lot of construction under my belt. Maintenance and a little bit of welding / fabricating. Definitely will need some help with some solar setup. Sure would like to find a nice bus I can convert that's cheap and still runs good. Maybe you can help me out with that. I'm looking for one that has a high ceiling. I'm 5 foot 11 and was hoping I wouldn't have to do a roof raise if I can prevent from it, Pusher motor because I Don't want to hear it when I'm driving. And that wants space so a big one would be nice. That's what she said. Dang this is a long message. Later bro

There are many variables that determine price....adding framework for new windows, entry door relocation, RV style door, different kinds of transitions...etc. but usually between $4000-$8000 plus materials and fuel to get me to your location.

Transcend Existence - I'm sure you won't have any trouble finding another lady to enjoy the scenery with. There's nothing my magical and almost healing than when I get to travel and experience different sights and scents in a new state. It brings me closer to my Cherokee side. Change can be good, but the right change will come when you least expect it. 😊
