These look a good alternative, just a shame they are out of stock everywhere at the moment. MB advised they will be approx. a few months yet unfortunately.

That was a really nice demo, very interesting to see! I have this ESC, but it's still in the box, I haven't had the courage to take it into use yet... I find that each time I try a new ESC, I end up being unhappy and changing it to an HW1080, which in my opinion is king in the price class... This one looks really nice, and I especially like that premium feel on the hardware, so I'm looking forward to try it out. Like I said, very nice demo. Will you do a follow-up video with it inside an actual car and let us know how it manages a bit of torque put onto it?

only 6Volt 3A BEC is a bit shame, also not 'that' much cheaper than hobbywings 1080. Shame. Also is the switch protected at all?

Switch is just a standard switch as far as I can see, as for the bec 6v is about par for esc's mainly aimed at 2s as it's better to have 6v all the time than 7.4v but then drops as the battery voltage drops it's just a nice looking esc with a good amount of programming options

I can't find the motor limit anywhere! I want to run my trusty 10X2 Reedy...Any idea?

It should be fine on an 80amp esc
