Orange Pound Cake & Wrapping

I made a moist and delicious orange pound cake.
If you cook canned oranges lightly before using them, you can get rid of the smell peculiar to canned oranges and improve the taste.
I wrapped it with a 100-yen bag and stickers.
▷Ingredients（18×8cm）:
■Orange pound cake
120g unsalted butter
90g cane sugar
2 eggs
100g rice flour (or cake flour)
20g ground almonds
2g baking powder
slice orange
■Orange syrup
20g sugar
40g water
10g slice orange
pistachio
▷How to make:
Place sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. When it comes to a boil, add the orange slices and bring to a quick simmer. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
2. Thoroughly mix in the unsalted butter and sugar. Beat the whole egg and add it in three parts, mixing well each time. 3.
3. Reserve 4 or 5 orange slices for garnish, chop the rest and add to ②.
4. Sift the flour, almond pudding and baking powder and mix.
5. Pour the dough into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 45-50 minutes.
6. Immediately after baking, remove the cookie sheet and drizzle orange syrup over the entire surface. Wrap in plastic wrap and cool.

Looking yummy 😋 again, but why doing it by hand, it's too hard for my arthritis. I remember when I was little, we had 4 appliances what made life easier. A fridge, a coffee machine, a toaster and a hand mixer.. And we did well with them.

I think the biggest reason she stirs and whips most things by hand is so there is no machine noises to interrupt the video ❤️ but definitely, it can get tiring!
