This is Sachertorte. If you wait for one day after baking, you could easily cut the cake in very thin slices to make a multilayered cake. Cover every layer with apricot marmelade and wait for another day. Then cover with chocolate. There is your sachercake.

The point is that you need to wait for one day before cutting. Bij then you can even cut it into very thin layers like the classical sachtertorte from Vienna.
I love to watch your videos. You recipes are very delicious and measurements are so perfect, even I tried baking at home and it turned out amazingly delicious just like Japanese cake shop.

Did you bake it into 2 batch with 15 cm mold or just put it at once? I'm curious since I only have 15 cm mold as the smallest one

@@paramitadamayanti6241 I baked one batch in one 15 cm mold. After it was done and out of the owen, it dropped down a little, but was still fluffy and good.
