When thinking of the top 10 things I want to know about my local fire department diversity doesn't make the list. Are they qualified, are they skilled, are they properly trained? Can they put out a fire? Can they handle an emergency? Their ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation has absolutely nothing to do with it.

I ha e one requirement for this job. If you can pick up a grow adult man and carry them out then you can have this job. Shouldn’t matter anything other than that imo
