They're labeled as "Premier Edition" figures, so I doubt they're going to be what starts hitting the store shelves after the film's release. Plus, they seem to be working on a new Bumblebee figure that looks _much_ better and more screen-accurate.

Great review Paul!!! It's a shame that they couldn't give us more paint especially since its an older figure. However I love the way they painted the face and if I break,down and buy this figure that will,be the reason...

I got one, but his shoulder panels which drop down over the front wheels are really floppy, should I try returning it and hope I get a better one with tighter shoulder panel hinges? Or is this just an issue that happens a lot? My optimus shoulder plates are also really floppy.

These new LK figures look pretty good, especially the Optimus, but come on, smaller figures with a higher price point and calling them "premium".

I noticed in a few other premier edition reviews that he had a black roof, are there 2 versions of this figure out?

My bumblebee is the same as that one but for some reason mine has a black hood and the black stripe goes all the way down the back of the car. I'm confused.

My TLK Bumblebee (the AOE repaint) has a black top of his car mode all the way from front to back. Yours only has a black hood

Might be that they focused most of their attention on Optimus, then, since his current form takes advantage of computer-generated imagery the most.

I think people are asking for size comparisons to older figures because part of the use of a size comparison is to compare the size not just to other figures of the same series and scale, but to see how big it is next to figures people are more likely to already own. If you were to bring out a really common Bumblebee figure from ROTF or DOTM to compare, then people are more likely to be able to pull their own figure and go "Oh I see, so that's how big he is" because they're able to actually hold something and get an idea for it. Sure you can compare the figure to other Last Knight figures, but so few people have them yet, release is only just happening. That said, I love your videos, and even though this is essentially a 13 minute look at an under painted version of a toy we got 3 years ago, I still enjoy hearing your thoughts. Voyager and Leader Megatron can't release soon enough.

Actually, Bumblebee is not going to have his Age of Extinction look for robot mode. From everything we've seen, he's basically going to have his Dark of the Moon look, but with a chest that's kind of a cross between the DotM chest and the AoE chest.

and one little question optibotimus in your opinion whats your favorite bumblebee design in the continuities

Thats because he went back to his DOTM counter part but a different altermode.

It already feels like summer especially of 2007 when I lived at my old house in Brooklyn, this was uploaded when I was outside just now, I forgot what else I was originally planning to comment when I did watch this video, funny how the shield in thr commercial I saw today resembles the Hylian Shield before I went outside.

Ehh. For a Deluxe class Movie Bee, my choice will always be the Hunt for the Decepticons Battle Blade Bumblebee. Nicer Incorporated cannon, nicer flip-down battle mask, just nicer all around. And you're right, sizes have changed...Battle Blade Bee in robot mode would look like a Voyager compared to the DotM & AoE molds.

Deadly Sloth After the craptastic DotM & AoE Bees...I strongly doubt it. Especially with the rumors swirling that it could be a reissue of the HftD Battle Blade Bee. A Voyager Bumblebee, like the new Voyager Scorn, would have to be a brand new mold that looks great and is fairly well engineered. (Hopefully, without such careless mistakes like the axe being assembled wrong like on Battle Blade Bee or not enough colors of plastic like the DotM & AoE Bees)

By the way the Movie Masterpiece Bumblebee isn't part of The Last Knight toyline, but the Masterpiece line and the figure is based not off his Dark of the Moon design but his 2007 movie design.

Apparently they are *reusing* the Cyberverse models for Legion Class figures? (I really don't remember)

Bumblebee goes back to his original look in TLK.

Stan Cipher Identical molds, so parts swapping is definitely a possibility. The conflicting yellow would be a bit of an issue though.

Just in case you didn't know, there is a variant of the figure which features an additional black paint on the roof.

you can't drop bumblebee because the wing on the back is very eagle and if you drop it a piece of the wing or and thing on the transformer will be missing.

Mister Optibotimus, they are coming out with an accurate new mold bumblebee in wave 3 or 4

They should have repainted him in red, to have a new "Cliffjumper" that could double as stinger. I know Takara make a Stinger, but I mean in general release with "less" paint and being Cliffjumper. Heck I hope they do on some point.

HOLD ON people, I know that it's a lazy repaint of the AOE Deluxe Bumblebee. BUT, at Toy Fair they revealed that there will be a new deluxe bumblebee figure coming. Look up "Transformers The Last Knight Deluxe Bumblebee Toy" on Google Images.

Let's just all wait patiently for the much better Wave 3 Bumblebee :)

optibotimus Ok, I like it, it's cool. I am getting into motion graphics, just sounding people out to work with (for free) and look at their channel - intro videos etc. Would love to work wth someone high profile such as yourself. Always been a huge fan 😀

Barricade looks smaller, but not much. It's just his shoulder pads, which stick up. Regardless, he's a standard new Deluxe, and they're just a couple millimeters smaller than the old ones.

Now they'll be repainting Bee for every other franchise with this mold and will eventually sell him with no paint at all.

There is going to be a new Bumblebee figure coming out. It looks more like the Last knight Bumblebee and has a arm cannon swap feature which is, you take off his forearm and put a cannon arm on and put the other arm in storage on the back of the figure.

The one thing they got right is his cannon, unlike the other one

I would only get this if it was free or was a gift. Worst repaint of the TLK Premier toyline. But the car mode kinda looks better than the retail release of the original.

I suspected that this Bumblebee was a repaint of the AOE version, but the TLK version has a better paintjob, the other had a difference in colors, a yellow and an orangish-yellow on the top, which made it look not so great. Good review!

@0:40 No, the box art of Bumblebee very movie accurate!! TLK Bumblebee has the same Robot Design as his DotM, but the only difference between the two Bumblebees are their different Camaro Models, so they basically re-shelled his CGI Model!!!
