Ellen has been so gracious about her staff for years. The haters who spread rumors otherwise are in the minority (or related to others in charge, not Ellen). Many have said Ellen was kind to all kinds of people despite the hater hype.

She even made Ellen feels good about herself and her feelings to her staff I hope she's treated them the same way Oprah treated herself staff ❤️ I used admire Ellen so very much but "never meet your hero" it happens to meet.
