Everything comes at a cost, and for the most part...we tend to associate cost with money. Oh, but how foolish we are. Money is merely one form of cost. While money can come and go, time ONLY goes - we can never make more. With this in mind, we can only spend our time on a few activites in any given day. Given how valuable our time is, we must consider the things we WON'T get to do while we spend our time elsewhere. These things are known as "opportunity cost" - the loss of these opportunities is the cost we must pay to focus on the tasks we select. In this case, where should we spend our time? Always make sure that the tasks you prioritize can pass this test: If I do nothing but this one task today, will the project still move forward successfully? This will help decide where to focus your precious, limited time. #shorts
