i mean most people who say that and talk shit about khabib being a "weight bully" trying to discredit his greatness, will conveniently leave out the fact that guys like chandler, dustin, and gaethje, even conor all have walk around weights at 180 or 190, and i don't think it's limited to just those guys, i think multiple other lightweights do this too, but khabib haters will never mention it, and maybe i got some people i mentioned wrong about there walk around weights, but i do know there are OTHER lightweights that cut from 180 to 190, so it's not a valid point to discredit khabib.

Why Khabib is the Goat: -Versatile enough to change his game plan from wrestling/grappling to striking when he faces a grappler with no striking: KOed bjj specialist Tavares in the first round. -Never used steroids. -Only P4P No.1 (most of them, even GSP, was never even P4P no.1 in this list) who is undefeated. -Most 10-8 rounds in UFC. -Never got dropped never got knockdown, never got cut. -Beat 4 future champs before even joining UFC (Eldar Eldarov: BRAVE Champion, 13-2, Ali Bagov: ACA Champion, 31-11, Shahbulat Shamhalaev: Bellator Tournament Winner: 12-3, Ramazan Kurbanismailov: 4X Kickboxing World Champion.) -Dominated 8 top 10 ranked opponents. (No.10 Healy, no.6 Johnson, no.5 RDA, no.4 Barboza, no.9 Iaquinta, no.1 Conor, interim champs Poirer and Gaethje.) - Conor at that time p4p no.2, Poirier was p4p no.7, Gaethje was p4p no.7. -Example both inside the octagon and outside of the octagon (that's what 'GOAT' means when its officially created for Muhammad Ali in 1992)

Imagine he did. Years roll on, and Khabib is still fighting, mowing down the opposition. Maybe by now - 2024 - he's already older and injured. Maybe someone takes him down, chokes/knocks him out. The McChickens get their pleasure, mand get to endlessly show his loss. The Diaz gangster wannabes laugh and rejoice. The Ferguson fanboys, fresh off the mental hosptial, ree and make a monkey show. You would not respect Khabib more if you kept fighting. You want him to kepe fighting so he loses and you have something to gloat about. This is precisely what angers you so much, and makes you all talk about him to this day. For you he will always be an enemy, because he's a Dagestani Russian and Muslim. What he did makes me super happy. He reitred on top, and that's the best an athlete can do, unless they want to end up like Ferguson. Even GSP said its the smartest and best thing that a fighter can decide.
