It's good to see how much TSL you put in your 695. I have a GH200 (a MUCH bigger unit), and I seem to have an almost bottomless piston area to fill with TSL. Makes me feel a bit better to see your smaller unit still using a fair bit of the packing saver.
what i need is a suggestion for RAC spray tip sizing, a local guy sold me a 411 way too small I've got a 745 way to big.
I'm spraying a 2 part oil based polyurethane sealer on the cement stuck exterior here on my place in Baja, Mexico. I'm assuming that i've just got to look for a slight color change form water to product?

Ok so I'm new to painting. Where I work we do tin roofs. We use a larger machine but still Graco. This is the first I have seen about that pack saver or whatever lubricant I assume you put in it. They have been using the same machines for probably 10 years. But every year at least 1 needs to be sent in for repairs.

As a professional painter, I ask a simple question.. would you drive your car with no oil? Your lucky it last a year or just doesn't blow up after a month.

Brendan Roberts ya that makes complete sense. And is also probably why we need to send them in for service constantly.
emergency here, have an ultra max 1095. let someone use it a few months ago and apparently they didn't clean it. I believe it's stopped up with dried paint. pulled machine filter out and it was just glued with dried paint, cleaned all filters and still it's not even sucking up water on prime...any ideas?

I'm going to paint the exterior of my 2 story, stucco home. I'm just a DIYer, so I'm wondering what paint sprayer you would recommend for the jobs I'll want to do around the house. I want to do a good job, but I don't want to go overboard on the purchase of equipment.

Buy Graco. 390 or 395 ultra pro. Cost is about 1200,00 Canadian. Sell it when you are done. You just don't want a sprayer sitting around. You must know how to store it and what to use in it other than water. A little to know about sprayer maintenance.
Does your sprayer lose pressure as you are spraying? I have one that is about 11 years old but I have not used a whole lot. My sprayer drops below 1800 psi if I set it at 2200...

Re do your packing or o rings, should be good. if they sit to long will stuff them.
How do you determine the amount of paint (GAL) needed to complete a job with an Airless Sprayer?
To make it easier to keep pick up and prime tube clean put a thin coat of vaseline on them.I do not like paint clubs on my sprayers.

my 695 does still work but it makes a cranking (not normal) noise every once and then... What can be wrong with it? Any one?
