Im a peaceful and lovely person. What I thought it would happen: peace, love, energy and all kinds of beautiful things. What really happens: A lot of pain on my chest, a lot of anger, screams on my imagination, a lot of sadness that I didn't saw yet on my subconscious and then the liberation of all of those stuff. It was amazing, and I feel more complete now, It is like if I reintegrate something that I needed my whole life. It hurts? Yes. But it healed me. ❤ And the best, the pain on my chest, that I felt a long time, doesn't exist anymore ❤️❤️❤️

I have been in a lot of pain following a break up. I was waking up at night in panic. So I listened to this love vibration and amazingly I released that pain. My heart released the pain in a spontaneous tremor in my chest region. Thank you for your blessed work.

Different Instruments will aid in cleansing different chakras.. tibetan singing bowls are known to cleanse the heart chakra or the seat of the soul.. the cleansing process is also an empowering one, as we are one with the universe, the more clear the channels become the more empowered we are likewise Cymbals - solar plexus The Flute - sacral Drums - root Singing - the throat Synthesizers/Piano - the third eye Harps - the crown That being said.. if your energy is tuned correctly any instrument could technically work.. however.. it is all about the intent of the individual playing the instrument and the energies at play..

The Chakras are as real as you make them.. they each correspond to different organs within the body, and in that sense are very real.. especially when you take into consideration everything is energy.. the concept of energy centers isn't too big of a stretch

Another great instrument for the heart chakra is the Hang Drum Aka the Rain Drum

We'll see a lot less Hello fresh and gusto boxes on the coming financial climate; the need for them is dwindling. Everyone likes to eat out sometimes, and everyone needs food fast sometimes, but people will be growing more of their own, and enjoying cooking again.
