Antique bass lures! Back in the 80’s (the late 1900’s as some are referring to that period now…) I inherited a box full of my grandfather’s old lures from the 60’s. Sold wood with screw in hardware to hold the hooks. I cleaned them up and painted the ones that really needed it. After losing a few due to snags, I decided to put the rest away with plans to build a display box for them. I joined the Navy and rarely made it back home. I wish i had them back now!

I've literally had every kind of tackle box and tackle bag on the market, and this style is honestly my favorite go-to. 😅 I got one for freshwater and one for saltwater because I got tired of lugging around 30lbs of equipment but i also keep a small lure tray in my pocket at all times

The one with the metal lip is called a "Hellbender" . I think it was made by Whopper Stopper lure company.

The big orange one is supposedly a top water type of deal but I've used them and if you crank it they go straight to the bottom.

Please tell me you found the old Flippin Waggler. Theyre about a 6 to 8 inch long, twist tail worm with a 3 inch wide tail. I got a pack from my grandpa's old stuff and I managed 15 good pike in my local river in a year off that one pack. Could never find them again, and would love to know the company that made them.

I found some old plastic/rubber helgermites the other day that kind of looked like those leaches. I have buckets full of old crank and jerk baits, everything under the sun from the flea market and yard sales.

This is taking me back in time! My husband was an avid Bass Fisherman and in the garage there are hundreds and hundreds of fresh water tackle. Worms, probably 1000, no joke. He used to paint crank baits and would adjust them so they ran right.
