love this yoga pose, yes the more the better it goes farther while pushing elbows to knees as u can, to flatten both sides of the legs is the best feeling. absolutely love yoga stretching poses ty drm 😅

I’ve been doing that one where sitting and holding our foot on the other leg, although feeling good when I’ve done that the next morning I wake up with neck and headache, I think that aggravates the flair up I get with degenerative problems from injuries years ago. Atta Boy, dr. Mandell. You are the Best on the InterWeb!!. This stretch helps so much. I have numerous Spinal issues including SI Joint Sacroiliitis which is affecting my Pelvic Floor problems including bouts of Saddle Anesthesia from the Piriformis Muscles . The culprit is the SI joints and L5-S1 spondylioethesis

Me too! I’ve had to call fire dept to ask firemen to get me up from floor when I’ve gotten down floor to do some exercises cannot make a habit of it though ~ just MUST learn how to get me & my belly up on my feet without a person assisting! Help !
