Formerly a city slaughterhouse, later a dilapidated inhospitable area, today it boasts the company Brněnské komunikace. This is a large complex of 20 buildings with red brick facades characterized by decorative details, which are made in two colors of the masonry and plaster. However, a long journey of repairs, demanding reconstructions and maintenance of both buildings and halls, as well as area roads, led to the mentioned pride. The company took care of all the modifications and new functions of the whole space, so different from the original one, and its employees are rightly proud of the current state.
