My Ernestina is back again. Thank God!

The Absolute most beautiful six minutes that I have experienced in a Very long time... over and over again since the first time I heard it, just recently, with Ernestina and these wonderful singers. I recognize Eric, of course, from his years conducting the Gimnazija Kranj choirs, and Barbara Kušar, from her earlier years as mentor with those choirs, and now also as a mentor with the superb Carmen manet women's choir, of which she and Ernestina are both members. These two choirs are, in my opinion, among the most beautiful choirs on Planet Earth. 💖⚘

Indeed, Jerry. Glorious beyond description. It is So wonderful to see Ernestina back here at her Alma Mater, singing this absolutely lovely work of poetry set to music... a poem composed by American poet Sara Teasdale that I have loved since the first time that I read it over ten years ago, and with Erik conducting, and with Barbara and Ela in the choir. We are, indeed, blessed to have been able to discover these amazing and wonderful people who have given us the Most beautiful music that we are ever going to hear in our lifetimes. Blessed, indeed. 💖🌹⚘ P.s.: I presume that you also follow and completely love the "Carmen manet" women's choir, also based in Kranj.⚘ If you do, then no further explanation needed. 😊

@@conradinhawaii7856 Yes, I've followed Carmen Manet for several years with their videos from 2012. Also, several Gimnazija Kranj soloists are successful in various music genres. I ty to keep track of them through Facebook and Instagram.

And I have become friends over the years, thanks to the magic of email, Facebook, and FB live chats, with some of them, beginning with their original music director/concert producer/video and TV producer/orchestra founder (and more), Primož Zevnik. All of that has opened up a whole new world of music to me that has brought indescribable joy. And it has been wonderful over the years to watch many of them, such as Ernestina, Marjan, Maruša and her brother Matjaž, harpist Urška, and others go on to such wonderfully successful careers in music. We are fortunate to have seen all of this happen.

@@volpegregori5348 Yes, I have flown into Napa Airport, stayed at the inn there, and spent many happy hours flying over and driving through the valley, with occasional stops at the wineries. You must have been based at MCBH Kane'ohe when you were here. I lived right next door in Kailua for my first eight years here. A hui hou... 🌈🌴🌴🍷
