    ترجیحات کا غلط تعین اسی کا نام ہے۔ اتنا پیسہ اگر ریلوے پہ لگایا جاتا جو ایک ملک گیر ادارہ ہے تو آج ریلوے ناصرف جدید ترین ہوتا بلکہ دنیا کے بہترین ریلویز میں شامل ہوتا۔ ریلوے کا خسارے میں چلنے کہ سب سے بڑی وجہ ہی یہی ہے کہ ریلوے کو جدید خطوط پہ استوار نہیں کیا گیا۔ پاکستان کے کُل 170 اضلاع ہیں پہلے پچاس بڑے اضلاع کے ریلوے اسٹیشن جدید کیے جاتے اور پھر رفتہ رفتہ دوسرے مرحلے میں ہر ضلع کے ریلوے اسٹیشن کو اگر اورینج ٹرین کے اسٹیشن جیسا بنا دیتے تو آج ہمارا ریلوے دنیا کا جدید ترین اور منافع بخش ترین ریلوے ہوتا۔ لوگ موٹرویز کی بجائے ریلویز پہ سفر کرتے

    افسوس کی بات یہ ہے کہ اتنی ٹریننگ کے بعد بھی نا ہی کسی دوسرے شہر کراچی جیسے بڑے سٹی کی کوئی ٹرین چائنا کی وجہ سے بنا سکے تو یہ کس طرح کی ٹریننگ ہے جو 8 سال سے بیٹھ کر اپ لوگ اس میں بھی بالکل ناکام ہے یا چائنا والے صرف ایک ہی شہر کو گارنٹی دیتے ہوں گے کیونکہ اپ نے اس کا لون بھی اتارنا ہے تو دوسرے شہر کی کیسے دیں گے

    Total Health budget = 25 billion and just subsidy of Orange Line is 6 billion. This is priority of our govts toward common man of Pakistan. :(

    Kochi metro is running in profits since 2022. Delhi Metro with more than 400 KM long track with almost 290 stations had its operating expenses around Rs 4700 crores with only Rs 800 crore loss or subsidy per year from the government. This includes yearly paying back of Rs 1000 crores back to Japan from where India took concessional loans. Loss per KM is only RS 2 crore Per KM per year while forever expansion is going on.

    Sab public transport ki investment aur development sirf Punjab mein kyun ho rahi hai? Karachi is much larger than Lahore with a much more severe need for good public transport, but why is there no plan for a metro train system there.

    It is sad the a Chinese company has to operate the metro. Pakistani companys should come forward and form collaborations with foreign companies and build their capacity to build and operate these projects. This will build domestic capacity.
