How much did it cost and how much money is it making and who pockets it ?
I'm actually travelling back to Pakistan in a few days, would love to take the public transit and see how it is. However, looking great. What I'd love to see is contactless payment so you can pay via apple pay or whatever they use on android just as if you were in a store purchasing products. Pakistan really needs to eliminate all fuel subsidies in the country, you'll see ridership on this increase and it becomes even more viable while saving the country a lot of foreign exchange that's wasted.

Look where China is now and where your India, China is richer and there's no human shits on chinese roads, and chinese metro are better than any other metro nowadays, you can check for yourself, visit Vietnam and ride vietnam metro then you will get it, Chinese metro are mich smoother than european metro train lol.
