As an American, I'm used to being surrounded by this unsatiating, calorie dense garbage so when I spent time in England I was mind blown how hard it was to get my calories in. Even eating the exact same foods (meats, oatmeal/porridge, pastas) I had to eat waaay more to even hit maintenance calories. There's a huge difference in the food available to America and Europe

Weirdly enough for me it isn't. I live in Germany but I'm American and the last time I was there I found it a lot harder to hit my daily calorie goals. A lot of the food is calorie dense but also extremely filling.
I had no idea what kind of junk I was eating my whole life. I got terribly fat and worst thing is I wasn't noticing it until I went to doctor for a checkup and my results were terrible. That's when I decided to start living healthy. Bad thing is I am lazy and hate to research about food and I just couldn't count calories all the time so I decided to invest in meal plan from Next Level Diet. Best thing I got myself in this life. I lost so much fat and got so much more energy when I started eating healthy.
