Hello! I’m Adela, and today I will prepare Raffaello Coconut Balls with only three ingredients.
Ingredients:
190 g shredded coconut (plus extra for coating)
350 g sweetened condensed milk
Whole hazelnuts or almonds
Mix shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until it forms a dough-like consistency. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Take a small amount, flatten in your hand, and shape it into a ball. Add a hazelnut or almond in the center and roll the dough around it.
Roll each ball in more shredded coconut, coat it well, and place it on a plate.
Refrigerate the coconut balls for at least 2 hours for firmness.
Once chilled, your homemade Raffaello coconut balls are ready! Enjoy these delightful treats for any occasion.
