I made this yesterday and it turned out SOOOOO delicious!!! I put it in the freezer for a bit to get it cooled off so I could cut for tasting. MY family LOVES IT! Thank you!!! For the milk, I didn't think I cooked it long enough, but apparently I did because it was A W E S O M E!!! THANK YOU!

IT'S very low... like on medium low. you don't want to fast cook the milk. it has to be slow.

she shows that yes she cooked the milk on medium low just til it starts to set. then she adds the chocolate, then the peanut butter mixing after each one.

Great recipe. But I saw a piece of paper in them after they put chips in and before peanut butter. Looks great. Can you use chocolate chips instead of white chocolate?

I bet you could and it would still taste good however it would definitely look different and taste more chocolatey too.

@@simple_sweets I used those chocolate pieces that Wilton makes. and I used crunchy peanut butter. Awesome!!!

Looks great, will try soon! Note, try using a spatula to remove contents from cans or bowls or measuring cups.

Definitely give it a try. You don’t taste the white chocolate and taste peanut butter so I think you’ll like it!!

I sent this to my 3 daughters and one said she would be trying this with her kids ( her DH would like it, too), and I wondered if the PEANUT BUTTER used was *"SALTED"* to counteract the sweetness of the condensed milk and white chips? I often buy organic No Salt PB and add my own Redmond or Himalayan sea salt.

Spray a little non stick in your measuring cup, helps not to stick, and on your utensils when removing stuff from pots and pans.

You definitely can! It would give it some great added texture. You can also mix in all sorts of additions that will make for a delicious treat!

They will likely soften a little bit at room temperature. I keep the refrigerated until I’m ready to serve them or eat them straight from the refrigerator.

Love this recipe can this fudge be stored in the pantry or have to be kept in fridge ? I like the peanut butter and icing sugar recipe but find it goes quite soft after leaving the fridge 🙂

When opening a tin.of anything take the cover completely off and not leave it hanging , too easy to get cut getting the food out When using that knife to slice set the tip on the board and lever the handle down across the food while gripping the spine of the blade of it rolls with a casual.hold like yours you could lose a fingertip.
