I made these and they came out great. I nearly gave up when my shells looked too flat but the filling was easy to work with and they came together in the end perfectly. They take ages but are worth it, i recommend these as 1. The filling does not ooze all over the place and 2. The chocolate and coconut coating helps hide and round out any slight defects. Shaving down the shells worked wonders, they dont break easy Thanks so much for sharing, these are my favourite, i now just have to resist eating them all for 4 days til xmas! 😅

Thanks for the great recipe. How did you make coconut cream? Is it something readymade? I just know about coconut milk extract, never heard of the cream. Also, is it fresh coconut dessicated or the dry one?
