Good recipe, the potatoes,eggs, milk and flour are the base. From there you can add many combinations of vegetables. Had a craving for southern US style, so I used blanched collards, spinach, red onion, and parsley. Mexican style will be next. Diced onions, tomatoes, coriander, and jalapeño. Topped with a little cream instead of cheese. Wow! You can make all kinds of combinations. I was just thinking of cabbage. Thank you for sharing and inspiring. Happy new year 🎊 from 🇲🇽🇺🇸🇨🇦
